Job Location: Bydgoszcz

Role Description

The key purpose of the role is to manage the order process through the inputting of data to the order management systems.


Main areas of responsibility:
• Validation of customer order data;
• Inputting of all customer data into the order management systems;
• Resolving any order issues with customer and internal employees;
• Meeting the order entry targets to enable Company to hits its agreed targets with the customer.


Your Credentials:
• Ability to perform to a consistently high level under pressure;
• Experience of order entry input in an operational environment;
• Understanding of network migrations will be an adventage;
• Experience of service provider and enterprise operational structures and processes.


Key Skills:
• Experienced in Order entry systems;
• Excellent communication skills verbal & written;
• Good level of education;
• Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint would be beneficial;
• ITIL/ETOM qualifications will be an adventage.


Key Experiences:
• Track record of working in an order management role within an operational environment;
• Telecommunications and or IT network migration experience.

• Ability to assimilate quickly and act decisively.
